This 6/5-night days Tanzania camping safari you will exploring most of the famous Tanzania northern national parks. The vast of Serengeti Plains and its huge great migration ahead, you will explore lake Manyara national park, Tarangire national park the home of Elephant and baobab with its stunning view of national park, but also lake Manyara national park which is man and biosphere reserve, lake Manyara refuge many habitats and breeding sites for many birdlife and Lastly Ngorongoro conservation area authority. Our sample safari itinerary – it can be adapted to suite your own personal needs and preferences or to any seasonal changes and migratory animal movements. Safari highlights

ARRIVE IN TANZANIA.

Upon arrival day into Kilimanjaro international airport (KIA) you will be meet with our representative tour guide when will help you and with your luggage and transferred to the hotel for dinner and overnight at Moshi/Arusha and prepared yourself for upcoming safari.

DAY 1: ARUSHA/MOSHI – TARANGIRE NP.

After breakfast we will drive you to Tarangire National Park, Tanzania’s third largest national park and sanctuary for an unusually heard of elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great diversity of wildlife including lion, leopard, and cheetah and up to six thousand Elephants. In the evening drive back to the camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: SERENGETI NP.

After breakfast you will drive for Serengeti with lunch box (enroute game drive), in search of large predators and gentle herbivores of which they feed. Serengeti is the largest park in Tanzania and has a diversity of habitats and landscapes – short grass plains, savannah, thick bush, swamps and lakes. The Serengeti is famous for the yearly migration when hundreds of thousands of wildebeests and zebras trek to find fresh grass and water. In the evening drive back to the camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: SERENGETI NP.

Today you will have explored more deeper in Serengeti national park, a full day game drive of Serengeti. You should expect to see lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, antelopes and many birds species and other species. You will have picnic lunch and later come back to the camp late afternoon for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: SERENGETI NP.

Half day game drives in Serengeti National Park, followed by an afternoon drive to Ngorongoro conservation area authority. The Ngorongoro crater and surrounding highlands together form one of Africa’s most beautiful regions. Volcanic craters form stunning backdrops to some of the most fertile and richest grazing grounds in Africa.
The most famous such crater is, without question, the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and home to the highest density of big game in Africa, including all the big five and plenty of predators, In the evening drive back to the camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5: NGORONGORO.

Today you will be descending down into the largest caldera in Tanzania (Ngorongoro caldera), start your descent to Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most beautiful World natural heritage sites and an exceptional place to see Maasai people and wildlife interaction gathering together.

The Ngorongoro Crater and its surrounding highlands together form one of Africa’s most beautiful attractions for wildlife. You will descend 610 meters into the Crater where your safari truly begins. Spot the endangered black rhino as well as wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, eland, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelle and of course, giant tusked elephants. The Crater also has the largest known population of lions and you will also find leopards and cheetahs as well as scavengers such as spotted hyenas, jackals and rare wild dogs. Over 500 species of birds have been recorded within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and these include white pelicans and flamingos. In the late afternoon you will drive back to the camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 6: LAKE MANYARA NP – ARUSHA/MOSHI AIRPORT.

In the morning after breakfast start drive to Lake Manyara National Park. The park is one of the smaller national parks in Tanzania, but it still offers beautiful landscapes and is home to an attractive number of wildlife. The lake itself is an alkaline lake and reaches a maximum depth of 3.7 m. This park is a real highlight for bird lovers, as over 400 species of birds live here. Other residents of the park include elephants, buffalo, hippos, baboons, waterbuck, impalas, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests. The park has large numbers of leopards, but sightings are rare due to the thick vegetation. With a bit of luck, you can take a look at the famous “tree lions” that climb trees to spend the day lazing there. In the afternoon, start drive to Arusha/Airport.

DEPARTURE DAY.

Today you may have a plan to fly home or have a flight to Zanzibar; our vehicle will be ready to take you to the airport at perfect time to catch your flight.
