Upon arrival day into Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA) you will be meet with our representative who will help you and with your luggage and transferred to the lodge for dinner and overnight and enjoy your day after heavy tired from the plane while prepared yourself for the Adventures ahead.

At 8:00 Am after breakfast, you will be picked up from the lodge by your safari guide and driven to Tarangire National Park (approximately 3 hours). Tarangire, best famous for its huge herds of African Elephant, Open savannah grassland, iconic Baobab trees (Adansonia digitata), and seasonal swamps, and heart of Tarangire River which support many diversities. The name of this park comes from the Tarangire River which crosses though the park of which started from Kondoa highlands up to Tarangire. Tarangire special time to visit is during spectacular dry season from (June-November) as wildlife concentrations rival that of the Serengeti (since enormous population of the elephants and other animals are drawn to the Tarangire River as their only source of water). The Park, also home to buffalo, zebra, and wildebeest, predators such as lion, leopard, hyena, black backed jackal. But also, more than 500 bird species are found. In the afternoon we enjoy a picnic lunch in the park. After a full day soaking up the sights of the park, we drive to accommodation where we take the opportunity to relax, enjoy dinner in aesthetic surrounds, and retire to our well-appointed quarters when the spirit moves us.

Today we heard to Serengeti national park, after morning breakfast drive to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro crater about 3 hours, you will have lunch at picnic site enroute to Serengeti national park on the way you will spot some wildlife gathering while enjoy afternoon game drive part of the Serengeti. Serengeti National Park was one of the first sites listed as a World Heritage Site when United Nations delegates met in Stockholm in 1981. Already by the late 1950s, this area had been recognized as a unique ecosystem, providing us with many insights into how the natural world functions and showing us how dynamic ecosystems really are. Also, Serengeti national park was recognized as biosphere reserves known as Serengeti-Ngorongoro biosphere reserves.

Early in the morning after your breakfast, today you will enjoy a full day game drive in Central Serengeti. The Central Serengeti offers spectacular game viewing all year round due to its abundance of resident animals. Specifically, the Seronera River Valley in the Central Serengeti, Moru kopjes, Retina hippo pools you will experience.
On every safari regardless of the specific month of travel in the Serengeti, game viewing in Central Serengeti is starting during the dry season from June-November as resident animals are more concentrated in the immediate area due to the lack of water on the plains. Resident herbivores include impala, buffalo, hippo, warthog, topi, hartebeest, and giraffe. Resident carnivores include lion and leopard. The vast plains of the Serengeti comprise 1.5 million of savannah. The annual migration to permanent water holes of vast herds of herbivores (wildebeest, gazelles and zebras), followed by their predators, is one of the most impressive natural events in the world.

After breakfast, you will enjoy a final half-day in Serengeti National Park before to heading to the Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing. The half-day will be spent on the Ngorongoro Highlands. The Crater was created when a large volcano exploded and collapsed in on itself two to three million years ago. The drive down the into the Crater is an adventure in itself and when you reach the Crater floor, you quickly find yourself amongst large numbers of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, and more than 500 bird species. The Crater provides you with the best chance of seeing the endangered black rhino, which can sometimes be spotted in the open grasslands. After a full afternoon inside the Crater, you will head to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay in Karatu.

After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara National Park, enjoy a game drive in the park.
The park has varied habitat that attracts a wide variety of animals including one of Africa’s concentrations of elephants. Lake Manyara unique tree climbing lions, zebra, buffalo, giraffe as well as large flocks of flamingo attracted by the alkaline. After lunch at picnic site, late afternoon you will come back to Moshi/Arusha town.

Overnight at: Ilboru Safari Lodge

Early morning departure, after B/fast at hotel in Arusha, catch on Safari Jeep and drive to Tarangire National Park, about 3 hrs. drive to park entrance via Arusha town, after check in at Park gate start the game drive around the mid-day till late evening, with lunch en route, beautiful National Park with amazing landscape, lots of animals to see as at this time of year this park is at its best with lots of wildlife and birdlife. But it’s more famous for its massive baobab tree and huge herds of elephants. Then on late evening drive out of the park and drive to a small town of Karatu for first overnight and dinner.

Early morning after breakfast at 1:30 Am, drive down to the Ngorongoro crater floor, do the game drive till midday for about 6hrs of game drive, then drive up out of Ngorongoro conservation area to the lodge at Karatu. Another beautiful day with lot more to see, A stunning landscape of crater floor and alkaline lakes with plenty of bird’s life and wildlife, this is the day you may have a chance to see the endangered Black rhinos on their native habitats. Dinner and overnight at Karatu.

Early morning after get heavy breakfast, we start the last day game drive on Lake Manyara national park (Man and Biosphere reserve) the famous park of the tree climbing lions, on early morning till mid-day about 6 hrs. Of game drive, then after drive back all the way to the hotel in base town of Arusha, lots more to experience on this park from beautiful landscape to wildlife to best of bird life.

Drop off day – Moshi/Arusha town to Airport. After the safari experience and a relaxed night at hotel, this day activity is only the drop off to airport for a flight back home.

After breakfast you will leave Arusha town in the morning and drive towards Tarangire national park for full day game drive and see large diverse landscapes. Tarangire national park with his huge vegetation zones, Tarangire ancient baobab trees, the largest trees in Africa, dotting the landscape, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. The Tarangire River, meandering through the park, attracts an abundance of wildlife, from elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, zebra, giraffe, antelope, to a myriad variety of colourful birds. The park is most famed for having the greatest elephant population in Tanzania and, during a safari here, we will have the opportunity to quietly observe many families of elephant interacting. With a stop for a picnic lunch in an observatory inside the park where we may view animals imbibing the refreshing waters of the river, with oft times lions attacking a thirsty zebra or wildebeest. We rove on on our safari til evening begins to fall when we shall return to our lodge for dinner and well deserved rest.

Our last morning, we descend down onto the crater floor for a day of wildlife viewing in one of the most incredible places on Earth. One of the seven wonders of Africa, the Caldera was formed about three million years ago with the massive explosion of a volcano that rivalled Kilimanjaro in height. The Caldera, 610 m deep and covering roughly 260 square kilometres, is an enclosed ecosystem. Ngorongoro, coming from the Maasai for the bell their cows wear, onomatopoeic in its mirroring of the sound that fills the valley as their herds graze, is one of the premier places in Africa to view the big five in their element, in the wild, as well as wildebeest, gazelle, reedbuck, a plethora of others, along with about 500 bird species
After a stop for our delectable picnic lunch near the hippo lake and more wildlife viewing in the afternoon, we ascend, surely sated, up the steep road out of the crater for our return to Arusha/Moshi town and end of our adventure.

After the safari experience and a relaxed night at hotel in base town of Arusha/Moshi, this day activity is only the drop off to airport for a flight back home or flight to Zanzibar.
